According to the Alzheimer’s Association, more than 5 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s disease, and 15.9 million family and friends are their caregivers.

Cronkite News wants to hear from family members who are the primary caregivers for Alzheimer’s patients and from those who have Alzheimer’s disease. How has your life changed? What obstacles have you had to overcome?

In Arizona alone, 130,000 people aged over 65 are living with this disease.
